Chateau Mimosa is an 18th century home located in Burgundy France. The Chateau, complete with its own towers and surrounded by a moat, offers a luxury escape for up to 13 guests. The Burgundy Mansion, nestled at the end of an avenue full of lime tress, has many reception rooms, nine bedrooms and five bathrooms. Chateau Mimosa offers an unspoilt beauty with elegant decor and high ceilings reminding you of the local french Burgundy vineyards.

The grounds offer fresh vegetables and fruit along with its very own honey straight from the orchards bees. The perfect ingredients for your very own personal chef (upon request). To the rear of the property an authentic stone bath is sunken into the grounds creating an authentic swimming pool to bathe in during the hot weather. Spa treatments at the Chateau are also available on request.

The local culinary delights are available in the nearby village Saulieu’s weekly Saturday market, set under a canopy of trees in the historical French village. The local area offers wine tasting, historic tours and is located a mere 15 kilometres away from Chateau de Chailly, the championship golf course.
