LA EMBAJADA GASTROBAR
We arrive at an ornate, five floor palace to find three different restaurants, all of them joined under one the name, La Embajada.
The huge building defines itself as a new concept of leisure, combining trendy cuisine with recreational areas for drinks, lounges, terraces and an exclusive VIP service. La Embajada is as much a place for a special occasion as it is for business.
The restaurants we find here give us the opportunity to choose between Mediterranean, Japanese and Mexican. A group of architects and decorators have turned this place in a modern and elegant stage, with something different on each floor. For example, the Mexican floor's decor is a charitable piece in which the restaurant collaborates with an aboriginal community.
The prices in any of the three restaurants are more or less similar, and the excellent quality of the products makes them very reasonable.

You should try:
Japanese
- Foie Uramaki with caramelized pear
- Strawberry Daifuku
Mediterranean:
- Boletus Edulis creamy Risotto and black truffle oil
- Sirloin over pumpkin cream and white chocolate
Mexican:
- Rib eye
- Toco’N Madre with Cochinita Pibil
