It’s great unwinding at the weekend in a little kingdom of luxury with friends we love and fine meals we desire to taste. With so many brunch options for the social elite we recently became smitten by the taste, upbeat jazz music, the A-list people and Hollywood attitude set in the heart of Dubai at the newly launched Delphine restaurant & bar. It is one of our top listed fine dinning locations for style while effortlessly capturing the essence of southern californian bistro cuisine.
Capturing the laid-back attitude of the West Coast with a dash of A-list glamour, Delphine is the perfect spot in which to enjoy a flavourful and glamorous Friday brunch.
The restaurant held its official opening in late January 2015, hosted by Lee Maen, Co-Founder of Innovative Dining Group and Guy Bertaud, General Manager at The H Dubai. Over 200 guests enjoyed generous canapés and free flowing beverages, including bite-sized versions of Delphine Restaurant & Bar’s signature dishes, Ahi Tuna and Steak Tartare. Leading jazz group, The Swing Revue who kept guests entertained until the early hours, created an elevated evening ambiance.
Delphine Restaurant & Bar adds an exciting new destination to The H Dubai’s existing dining and lounge offering, combining elegance and accessibility to create a buzzing brunch spot for UAE residents and hotel guests. Themed ‘Sparkling Hollywood’, Delphine’s brunch offers the best of modern Californian bistro cuisine, animated with live swing performances to set the tempo of the afternoon.
Guests begin their meal by browsing the appetizer station, before choosing from a wide range of tempting a la carte entrées. All dishes are prepared fresh to order, showcasing the talents of the experienced kitchen team. A separate dessert station allows diners the opportunity to indulge their sweet tooth with a beautiful selection of handcrafted delicacies. The meal is accompanied with a sophisticated selection of West Coast bubbles and Californian grape beverages that can also be enjoyed in the vibrant bar and lounge areas, as the meal ends and the night begins.
Delphine Restaurant & Bar’s Friday brunch will cement the venue as the place to see and be seen, channeling Hollywood style glamour and enhancing The H Dubai’s position as the dining destination of choice for discerning UAE residents and well-heeled tourists over the weekend.
